## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the continued success of our operations, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
* Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience in the same role.
* Sector Expertise: Proven track record in palm oil plantations; experience in tidal (pasang surut) areas is highly advantageous.
* Technical Specialization:
* Management & Finance: Proficiency in garden administration, monthly reporting, financial closing, petty cash oversight, and inventory control.
* Nursery Operations: Comprehensive understanding of palm oil nursery techniques, from initial sowing to readiness for planting.
* Land Development: Strong expertise in land clearing, including both agronomic requirements and infrastructural development.
* Machinery: Knowledge of spare parts, Vehicle Repair/Maintenance (VRA/WRA), and heavy equipment maintenance.
* Operational Readiness: Ability to participate in online interviews, willingness to be stationed in South Sumatra (OKI or Banyuasin), and availability for immediate onboarding.
