## Role Overview: COC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the team as a COC Data Management Specialist. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational transparency.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the administrative workflow concerning timber production reports and digital tracking. Key tasks include:
* Production Oversight: Managing and supervising the administration of Production Result Reports (LHP).
* Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth data analysis to optimize operational insights.
* System Monitoring: Handling data input and real-time monitoring of the SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking systems.
* Reporting and Evaluation: Preparing regular reports on forest product administration and evaluating the ongoing implementation of Chain of Custody (COC) protocols.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to professional excellence. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with one year of professional experience in forestry administration or resource management.
* Technical Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in data processing and Microsoft Excel.
* Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of current regulations and administrative procedures governing forest product management.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation capabilities, coupled with the ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a team member.
