## Job Opportunity: HR Operations Staff
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Staff member to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high operational standards expected across our hospital network.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage critical HR functions while ensuring full compliance with Group policies, labor regulations, and accreditation requirements. Key tasks include:
* Operational Management: Overseeing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment cycles, staff onboarding, contractual administration, and employee relations.
* Data Integrity: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date staff records within our HRIS database, ensuring all licenses, certifications, and employment documentation are current.
* Administrative Support: Providing seamless backend support for recruitment, such as scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and managing onboarding documentation.
* Payroll Excellence: Preparing monthly payroll reconciliations and summaries, ensuring all financial data is processed accurately for both Hospital Finance and Head Office HR teams.
* Employee Engagement: Partnering with the Head of HR to conceptualize and execute staff engagement initiatives, such as bonding events and cultural activities, to foster a positive workplace environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills

* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR operational role.
* Organizational Mastery: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate diverse HR activities, and maintain impeccable attention to detail.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
