## Role Descriptions
* Chairperson and Vice Chairperson: Responsible for leading, organizing, and executing the primary duties and functions of the KNKT.
* Sub-Committee Heads (Members): Tasked with leading, organizing, controlling, and supervising the investigation of accidents specific to their designated sectors: Marine, Aviation, Railway, or Road Traffic and Transport.
## Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must meet the following general criteria:
* Citizenship and Integrity: Indonesian citizen with high moral standards, a clean legal record, and no affiliation with political parties.
* Physical and Mental Health: Must be medically fit.
* Professional Experience: At least 10 years of experience in transportation (rail, marine, aviation, or road) and proven leadership/management expertise.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV relevant to the field.
* Age Limit: Maximum age of 60 years at the time of registration.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to resign from current positions in government (PNS/TNI/POLRI) or private sector entities related to transportation within one month of appointment.
