# Career Opportunity: Expert Staff Recruitment for the National Social Security Council (DJSN) 2025
The National Social Security Council (DJSN) serves a pivotal role in advising the President on overarching policy formulation and ensuring the seamless synchronization of the national social security framework. To strengthen our institutional capacity, the DJSN Secretariat is currently seeking highly qualified individuals to join our team as Expert Staff (Tenaga Ahli) for the 2025 fiscal year.
We are looking for nine dedicated professionals to support our mission from February through December 2025. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Indonesia’s social security landscape at the highest policy level.
## Core Responsibilities and Scope of Work
As an Expert Staff member, you will be instrumental in supporting the leadership of the DJSN. Your primary duties will include:
* Strategic Advisory: Directly supporting the Chairperson and members of the DJSN with assigned tasks and providing critical input on ongoing initiatives.
* Analytical Support: Conducting in-depth research and analysis relevant to the council’s functions and monitoring strategic issues that impact national performance.
* Executive Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of briefing materials, presentation decks, and formal summaries for meetings and workshops.
* Operational Excellence: Organizing seminars, workshops, and high-level forums, while maintaining transparent and periodic reporting of all completed work.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this prestigious position, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
* Education: Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an "A" accredited university with a minimum GPA of 3.25. Relevant fields include Law, Finance, Accounting, Development Economics, Health Economics, Social Welfare, Public Policy, Public Health, Sociology, Statistics, or Communication Science.
* Experience: A minimum of two years of professional experience, with preference given to those with prior research or project experience in social security sectors.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional teleconferencing platforms.
* Professionalism: Proven ability to manage data, meet tight deadlines, and perform high-quality work with attention to detail.
* Logistics: Willingness to reside in the Jabodetabek area, work full-time in the office, and travel to various regions across Indonesia as required.
Writing Requirement: Submission of a three-page paper (Arial, size 11, 1.5 spacing) on the theme: "Social Security Towards Golden Indonesia 2045."*
