The Government of Gunungkidul Regency is officially seeking qualified professionals to fill the leadership roles of President Director and Technical Director for Perumda Air Minum Tirta Handayani. ## Candidate Qualifications

General Eligibility Requirements
* Must be an Indonesian citizen.
* Cannot be a current Civil Servant (ASN).
* Must be physically and mentally fit.

* Must be between the ages of 35 and 55 at the time of initial application.
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1):
* For President Director: Degrees in Engineering, Economics, Management, Law, or Administration.
* For Technical Director: A degree specifically in Engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a legal entity with a proven history of team leadership.
* Must not have a history of causing bankruptcy in previous firms, criminal records, or ongoing legal sanctions.
* Must not be active in political parties or running for any political office.
* No third-degree familial ties (by blood or marriage) with the Regent or the Board of Supervisors.
Professional Competencies
* Possession of a valid Drinking Water Management Expert certification (minimum "Junior" level).
* Comprehensive understanding of regional government administration and local water utility management.
* Proven experience in managerial roles, verified by official documentation or employment decrees.
## Selection Process Overview
The selection process is designed to ensure that only the most capable candidates are selected through a series of rigorous evaluations:
1. Administrative Review: Verification of submitted credentials against official requirements.
2. Feasibility and Compliance Assessment:
* Psychometric Testing: Administered by an independent professional body.
* Written Proficiency Exam: Covering business strategy, water system efficiency, and regional governance.
* Strategic Paper Submission: Original analysis focusing on business growth or technical efficiency.
* Presentation & Interview: A formal defense of the submitted strategy before the selection panel.
3. Final Interview: Conducted personally by the Regent of Gunungkidul for the top three candidates.
