# Recruitment Opportunity: Fire and Rescue Service Personnel (PJLP) in Jakarta 2025
The Jakarta Fire and Rescue Agency is officially opening recruitment for Individual Service Providers (PJLP) to serve as Fire and Rescue Personnel for the 2025 Fiscal Year. Based on the directive from the Regional Secretary (Letter Number 507/KG.03.08 dated June 30, 2025), this recruitment drive aims to bolster public safety across the capital. ## Regional Allocation of Positions
The agency is seeking to fill vacancies across various administrative cities in Jakarta. Please note that applicants must choose only one location; applying to multiple units will result in immediate disqualification.
* West Jakarta: 202 positions
* Central Jakarta: 187 positions
* South Jakarta: 211 positions
* East Jakarta: 219 positions
* North Jakarta: 181 positions
## Eligibility Criteria
To ensure high standards of public safety and emergency response, all applicants must satisfy both general and specific requirements.
General Qualifications
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI), preferably holding a Jakarta ID (KTP).
* Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years at the time of application.
* Administrative Requirements: Must possess a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
* Active Membership: Must be an active BPJS Kesehatan participant.
* Clean Record: Must provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Physical Fitness: Must provide a health certificate from a government hospital or community health center (Puskesmas) confirming health status, weight/height metrics, and the absence of color blindness.
Specific Technical Requirements
* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA/equivalent).
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Health and Wellness: Must be physically and mentally fit, free of color blindness, have no tattoos or body piercings, and possess no phobias regarding heights, darkness, or confined spaces.
* Added Value: Candidates possessing a B1 Driver’s License will receive priority consideration.
## Required Documentation for Submission
All applicants must prepare their documents as high-quality color scans of the originals. Files must be merged into a single PDF document (maximum size 100 MB) in the following order:
1. Formal Application Letter.
2. National Identity Card (KTP).
3. Formal 4x6 photograph (red background, no head covering).
4. High school diploma.
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
7. Official Health Certificate (including height/weight and color blindness status).
8. Taxpayer ID (NPWP).

## Selection Process and Regulations
The recruitment process includes a strict physical assessment (Kesamaptaan). Candidates will be automatically disqualified if they fail to meet administrative requirements, do not meet the minimum height of 165 cm, possess tattoos or piercings, or are found to have falsified documents.
Furthermore, current employees already serving as PJLP within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government are ineligible to apply. Applicants must strictly adhere to the schedule provided by the committee, as all decisions made by the selection board are final and cannot be contested.
