## Key Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) from any major.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining generator machines.
* Physical Health: Excellent physical and mental health.
* Vision Standards: Must not wear eyeglasses.
* Soft Skills: Strong capability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
* Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
