## Job Position: Reach Truck Operator
As a Reach Truck Operator at PT YCH Indonesia, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing warehouse inventory, executing high-level stacking operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within a fast-paced supply chain environment.
Core Responsibilities
* Operating reach trucks with precision to load, unload, stack, and move palletized goods in high-bay racking systems.
* Conducting routine pre-operational and post-operational equipment inspections to maintain optimal safety standards.
* Collaborating with warehouse supervisors and inventory teams to fulfill daily order-fulfillment targets accurately.
* Adhering strictly to company safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and occupational health guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career opportunity, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent vocational qualification.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of verifiable hands-on experience working specifically as a reach truck operator (mandatory).
* Technical Skill: Proven proficiency and fluency in operating reach truck machinery safely and efficiently (mandatory).
* Certification: Must hold an active and valid Operator License (SIIO) issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia / Kemnaker (mandatory).
