## Position Requirements
To ensure our high standards of service, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age Requirements:
* HRGA Superintendent: Maximum 35 years old.
* HRGA Administration: Maximum 25 years old.
* Educational Background: Candidates should ideally hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in a field relevant to the position.
* Professional Experience:
* For the Superintendent role, a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is required.
* For the Administrative role, fresh graduates with internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.
* Soft Skills: Applicants must demonstrate high levels of accuracy, agility, and strong communication skills. A proven track record of loyalty and a strong work ethic is essential for both roles.
