## Open Positions
We are currently looking to fill key roles within our production and human resources departments to support our continuous growth.
1. Production Operator
This role is essential to our manufacturing output, ensuring every miniature car meets our rigorous quality standards.
* Execute production tasks across various departments, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly.
* Strictly adhere to established standard operating procedures and work instructions.
* Maintain accurate and timely daily production logs and reports.
* Minimum education of SMP (Junior High School) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit for manufacturing tasks.
* Must not be color blind and must be free from dust allergies.
* Demonstrates high attention to detail, agility, integrity, and discipline.
* Previous factory or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
* Must be willing to work according to production targets, rotating shifts, and overtime requirements.
* Prepared to commence work immediately and relocate to Batang, Central Java.
2. HR Staff
Our HR team is looking for a proactive individual to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition and administrative compliance for our foreign and local workforce.
* End-to-end recruitment management, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
* Oversight of foreign worker documentation and licensing to ensure strict regulatory compliance.
* Supporting diverse human resources initiatives to align with organizational goals.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or Management.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional HR experience, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong familiarity with current labor laws and government regulations.
* Experience with psychological testing tools is considered a distinct advantage.
* Exceptional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to join immediately and work on-site in Batang, Central Java.
