## 1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
We are looking for a dedicated Food Techno Commercial professional to bridge the gap between our high-performance products and client success. In this role, you will ensure seamless daily operations and maintain rigorous quality standards at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Guarantee that client stock levels remain optimal, prevent product expiration, and strictly enforce the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory method.
* Parts Availability: Procure and maintain a ready supply of replacement parts to minimize client downtime.
* Technical Support: Deliver expert on-site technical assistance, including live product demonstrations, troubleshooting operational hurdles, and training staff on equipment and chemical usage according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Field Operations: Conduct routine client visits equipped with comprehensive toolkits and test kits.
* Site Surveys: Perform thorough location assessments and draft comprehensive reports prior to machinery or equipment installation.
* Installation & Cleanup: Execute seamless equipment installations while ensuring the workspace is spotless upon completion.
* Quality Assurance: Promptly remind and assist clients in completing Customer Satisfaction Forms.
* Reporting: Document and submit structured daily activity reports to management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related technical or commercial field.

Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Maintenance: Manage and update corporate websites and internal portals.

* Additional Duties: Assist with general administrative tasks and execute directives assigned by leadership as operational needs require.
