* Professional Experience: Proven hands-on experience working as a Colour Matching Operator within the flexography printing industry.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge and mastery of ink color mixing and formulation techniques.
* Work Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work in scheduled shifts.
