1. Welder
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team and maintain our high standards of production quality.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: Holding a 3G-6G welding certification is a distinct advantage.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Competencies: Ability to operate measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers, alongside the ability to read technical drawings.
2. Assembly / Disassembly Technician
This role is crucial for ensuring the precision assembly and teardown of heavy-duty mechanical components.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assembly Operator or Assembly Technician within heavy equipment or cylinder manufacturing industries.
* Competencies: Familiarity with using calipers for precise measurements and the ability to interpret technical engineering drawings.
3. Sales Support
We need a detail-oriented professional to assist our sales operations and ensure seamless client communication.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as Sales Support, a Sales Administrator, or in general administrative roles.
* Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Administrative Skills: Capable of drafting professional commercial quotations and proposals.
* Soft Skills: Highly meticulous with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, proactive, dynamic, and possesses a fast-learning aptitude.
4. Inspector
Ensure quality control standards are strictly met across our pneumatic and hydraulic product lines.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably within pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing companies.
* Technical Skills: Capable of producing 2D and 3D technical drawings, proficient in using precision measurement tools like vernier calipers and micrometers, and experienced in reading complex engineering blueprints.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics is strongly preferred.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
Drive our manufacturing efficiency by overseeing production schedules and project execution lifecycles.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a PPIC role.
* Core Responsibilities: Skilled in scheduling and monitoring production workflows from raw material procurement to finished goods delivery, as well as planning and overseeing on-site project executions.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, exceptional analytical thinking, robust problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
