## Job Role: Media Sales Executive
As a Media Sales Executive at TATV, you will serve as a crucial bridge between our media platform and commercial partners. Your primary objective will be driving advertising revenue, building long-term client relationships, and pitching tailored media solutions that align with our advertisers' marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate sectors, advertising agencies, and local brands.
* Manage existing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and encourage campaign renewals.
* Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting the unique value of advertising on television and digital media platforms.
* Collaborate closely with internal production and creative teams to develop customized sponsor packages.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by company management.
## Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, candidates must meet specific criteria designed to ensure success in media sales and relationship management:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a closely related field.
* Work Experience: 1 to 3 proven years of professional experience in sales or marketing roles.
* Industry Advantage: Prior working background in media agencies, television broadcasting, or Event Organizing (EO) is considered a major plus.
* Network Availability: Possessing an established network of corporate clients, media agencies, or brand advertisers will give you a distinct advantage.
* Soft Skills: Highly communicative, naturally confident, extremely persuasive, and fiercely driven by results and targets.
* Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel for field assignments, client visits, and on-site meetings.
* Collaboration: Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision as well as contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
* Logistics: Ownership of a personal vehicle along with a valid driver’s license (SIM) is strongly preferred.
* Location: Must be willing to be stationed and work out of our Solo office.
