Core Responsibilities
* Cultivate strong partnerships and maintain excellent relationships with independent farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB/TBS) suppliers through scheduled field visits.
* Execute rigorous quality inspections and grading procedures for incoming FFB in strict compliance with established corporate standards.
* Facilitate the issuance of administrative documentation for FFB procurement contracts.
* Verify that FFB receipts align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) generated by each mill.
* Formulate weekly FFB pricing structure documents.
* Manage administrative workflows and documentation related to FFB billing and payments.
* Prepare precise and punctual reports concerning FFB procurement expenditures.
* Maintain systematic filing systems for all procurement records and related documentation.
* Monitor market intelligence regarding competitor pricing strategies and FFB acquisition tactics.
General Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 (three) years of proven experience managing FFB partnerships, procurement, or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
