We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage our internal HR processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our staff—who work tirelessly to maintain our high standards of animal welfare and guest satisfaction—receive accurate, timely support regarding their compensation and benefits packages.
Core Responsibilities
* Administering end-to-end payroll processes and employee benefits programs.
* Managing tax calculations, specifically PPh 21, and ensuring full compliance with BPJS requirements.
* Overseeing attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and comprehensive HR reporting.
* Maintaining accurate employee databases and sensitive personnel records with the highest level of confidentiality.
* Utilizing HRIS and payroll systems to streamline internal workflows.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience in Compensation & Benefit, payroll, or general HR administration. Exceptional fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
