* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Monitor and control project costs effectively.
* Calculate Quantity Variation Orders.
* Apply advanced project work methods.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Oil & Gas construction sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan), this role is essential for maintaining the operational readiness of our maritime assets.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor vessel certifications and documentation while coordinating renewals with relevant authorities.
* Manage surveys and inspections in collaboration with classification societies, port authorities, and third-party vendors.
* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly status reports regarding vessel documentation.
* Organize and archive technical catalogs and blueprints.
* Qualifications:
* Degree (Diploma/S1) in Naval Architecture.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong communication skills, with an organized and collaborative work ethic.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf software.

3. Purchasing Staff

* Qualifications:
