## Open Position: Production (Gesso) Leader
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production (Gesso) Leader to join our dynamic team in Jombang, East Java. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and requires a leader capable of driving both productivity and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
As a Production (Gesso) Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency and output of our manufacturing operations. Your primary duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Coordinating and supervising team tasks to ensure total alignment with company procedures and production schedules.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring repair and grading processes to guarantee that all output adheres to our rigorous internal quality benchmarks.
* Target Achievement: Ensuring that production volume and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.
* Team Development: Mentoring staff to enhance their professional skill sets and conducting regular performance evaluations.
* Process Management: Directing production and packaging workflows to maintain high standards of operational safety and efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the technical expertise and leadership qualities required to manage a high-paced production floor. We are looking for candidates with:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience specifically within the wood and gesso manufacturing sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
* Leadership & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and resolve complex operational challenges under pressure.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a shift-based system.
* Location: Must be prepared to be based permanently at our facility in Jombang, East Java.
