## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge between our innovative cooling solutions and our clients. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, persuasive communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Consulting: Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations to clearly explain the value and efficiency of our product lineup.
* Pipeline Development: Generate high-quality leads, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order fulfillment, and negotiate pricing strategies.
* Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with customers and internal engineering teams to identify precise system requirements and equipment needs.
* Strategic Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to convert competitor accounts and expand our market share.
* Performance Tracking: Consistently meet defined sales quotas and provide feedback to management regarding market trends and potential service improvements.
Professional Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mechanical studies, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Sales or Marketing role, specifically within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
* Project Oversight: Develop detailed project plans and schedules while ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints.
* Logistics and Import Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials, including both domestic and international shipping. You will handle complex documentation such as Bills of Lading, PIB, COO, and Certificates of Origin.
* Regulatory Compliance: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of import regulations, including Lartas/Post-Border requirements, SKA, FTA, and HS code classification to ensure seamless customs clearance.
* Supplier Coordination: Manage supplier relationships to guarantee that all materials meet project specifications and delivery targets.
* Financial Reporting: Monitor cash flow and project expenses to ensure ongoing financial health throughout the project lifecycle.
Professional Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, Economics, or a related field.
