## Available Positions
We are opening recruitment for two pivotal roles within our plantation operations:
* Plantation Supervisor
* Nursery Supervisor
## Core Qualifications
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold an S1 or D4 degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Soil Science, Forestry Cultivation, or Forest Plant Breeding.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or those with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrate high integrity, a strong self-drive, and personal resilience in challenging work environments.
* Geographic Flexibility: Must be willing and ready to be stationed in remote operational areas, specifically in Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to commit to a 1.5-year mandatory service period.
