We are looking for talented individuals to join our team at our headquarters in Manhattan, PIK 2, North Jakarta. Explore our open positions below:
1. Content Plan Specialist
* Role: Develop and maintain strategic content calendars across all digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) while collaborating with creative teams to align with brand campaigns.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication with 1–3 years of experience. You must possess a sharp eye for trends, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
2. Videographer Editor Specialist
* Role: Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content, including product showcases, behind-the-scenes footage, and beauty tutorials.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Visual Communication Design or related fields. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects is essential. Prior experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
3. HR Generalist
* Role: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and internal event organization, while overseeing office facilities and regulatory compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management with at least 2 years of experience. You should be a proactive problem-solver with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Affiliate Specialist
* Role: Oversee daily affiliate operations, including influencer recruitment, campaign management, and tracking key performance indicators such as ROI and conversion rates.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer management. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of e-commerce ecosystems are required.
5. Area Sales Supervisor
* Role: Strategize and execute sales plans, monitor distribution and stock levels, and ensure product visibility across outlets to hit company targets.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor in the FMCG or personal care industry. A valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) is mandatory.
6. Purchasing Specialist
* Role: Source materials, negotiate with vendors, and manage procurement processes to ensure cost-efficiency and supply quality.
* Requirements: D3/S1 with at least 2 years of purchasing experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Accurate software are required.
