1. Management Trainee – Production
This role is designed for those who thrive in high-pressure operational environments and possess a keen eye for industrial efficiency. You will play a critical role in scaling our manufacturing capabilities.
* Strategize, develop, and execute comprehensive operational plans for factory activities.
* Optimize production workflows to ensure maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and product quality.
* Foster cross-departmental collaboration to meet and exceed production targets.
* Mentor and lead team members to achieve individual performance metrics and collective operational goals.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or professionals with a maximum of one year of experience.
* Leadership: Demonstrated history of leadership in academic or extracurricular organizations.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
* Character: High integrity, decisive leadership, and honesty.
* Availability: Willingness to be stationed in Sidoarjo or Malang.
2. Management Trainee – Sales

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
