## Job Profile: Human Resources (HR Staff)
As an HR Staff member at PT QMB New Energy Materials, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily human resources administration, maintaining accurate employee databases, and ensuring that all operational HR tasks strictly align with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer day-to-day human resources operations and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
* Oversee, compile, and verify employee attendance, timekeeping, and leave data.

Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Mandarin is considered a significant competitive advantage.
* Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
