Our Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) is designed to cultivate future industry leaders through comprehensive training and hands-on experience. We are seeking motivated professionals for the following streams:
* FGDP – Human Capital: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
* FGDP – Operation: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* FGDP – Engineering: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geodesy, Geophysics, or Geological Engineering.
* FGDP – CPSD: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* FGDP – Plant: Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of operational excellence and safety, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender & Age: Male applicants only; maximum age of 28 for the Human Capital stream and 25 for all other technical streams.
2. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited university.
3. Physical Integrity: Must be free of tattoos and body piercings.
4. Health Standards: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
5. Vaccination Status: Applicants are required to have completed their third dose (booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine.
6. Commitment: Must be fully prepared to complete the designated training period and willing to be stationed at our various project sites across Kalimantan.
