## Join Our Excellence as a Production Specialist Operator
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the position of Production Specialist Operator. This role is vital to our manufacturing success, ensuring that our production lines operate efficiently while maintaining the premium quality our customers expect.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of production machinery, ensuring that all activities align with our strict safety and quality protocols. Key daily tasks include:
* Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to meet daily output targets.
* Performing routine machine upkeep and maintaining a clean, organized work environment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Documenting daily production reports, including precise tracking of raw material consumption and identifying any technical issues encountered during shifts.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a production operator role.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards is essential for success in our facility.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent documentation skills.
