## Role Overview: Technical Support Engineer (Electronics)
In this critical role, you will serve as the technical backbone for our advanced surveying and monitoring instruments. Your daily contributions will directly impact our clients' operational efficiency by ensuring their hardware and software perform seamlessly.

* Equipment Maintenance: Execute precise servicing, repair, and routine maintenance for complex surveying and monitoring technologies.
* Customer Enablement: Deliver high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to valued clients.
* Documentation & Inventory: Maintain meticulous records of troubleshooting procedures, service logs, and internal inventory management.
