1. Operation Administrator
The Operation Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our maritime operations remain efficient and well-documented.
* Manage and archive all vessel documentation and operational reports.
* Monitor daily vessel reports and track ongoing tasks performed on board.
* Generate comprehensive daily report summaries.
* Track and coordinate necessary supply requirements for vessel operations.
* Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to guarantee smooth fleet operations.
* Male, holding a degree in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
* Prior experience in the Oil & Gas shipping sector is highly advantageous.
* In-depth knowledge of ship machinery, electrical systems, and structural integrity.
* Familiarity with Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* Strong team-oriented mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. HSE & Operation Specialist
We are looking for an experienced HSE professional to oversee and maintain the high safety standards that define our reputation.
* Male, with a background in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies preferred.
* At least 5 years of dedicated experience in an HSE role, preferably within the Oil & Gas shipping industry.
* Essential Certifications: General K3 Expert, Internal Auditor ISM Code, DPA, and ISPS Code Company Security Officer.
* Professional training in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001/14001/45001, First Aid, and CSMS.
* Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.
* Advanced capability in Microsoft Office and collaborative teamwork.
