## Job Vacancy: Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer
Pakerin is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to oversee safety protocols, environmental compliance, and occupational health standards at the Mojokerto plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, monitor, and evaluate comprehensive workplace safety and environmental management systems.
* Ensure strict adherence to national safety regulations and internal corporate policies to minimize workplace risks.
* Lead initiatives related to the establishment and optimization of safety standards across manufacturing units.
* Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions for factory personnel.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical safety role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (D4 or S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience in a similar SHE role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Certifications & Training:
Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert certification (AK3 Umum*).
Have completed training focused on the awareness of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3*).
