## 1. Business Advisor (Business Development)
As a Business Advisor, you will be at the forefront of our growth, engaging with SMEs and MNCs to provide tailored software consultations. You will interact daily with business owners and C-level executives, gaining invaluable industry exposure.
* Manage the full sales lifecycle—no cold calling required, as we receive high volumes of inbound leads daily.
* Conduct discovery calls to analyze client pain points and operational requirements.
* Demonstrate customized Odoo solutions that address specific business needs.
* Negotiate, manage, and finalize partnership contracts.
* Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1).
* Fluent in Indonesian and English.
* Strong logical reasoning and goal-oriented mindset.
* 1–3 years of sales or business development experience is a plus.
## 2. Full-Stack Developer
