1. Operator Level Positions
We are looking for hands-on professionals to support our daily production and operational needs:
* Roles: Technical Support, Sales, Mechanic, Electrician, Quality Control, Floor Operator, Forklift Operator, Loader Operator, Security Personnel, Loading Crew, and Truck Driver.
* Education Requirements: Varying from SMP (Junior High) to SMK (Vocational) degrees in fields such as Construction, Electrical Engineering, Machinery, Welding, and Chemical Industry.
* Key Requirements: Candidates for specific roles must possess valid SIO certifications (for Forklift/Loader), B1 Driver’s Licenses (for Truck Drivers), or Gada Pratama certifications (for Security). Most roles require shift work flexibility.
2. Staff Level Roles
We invite talented individuals to provide operational and administrative support across our various departments:
* Roles: Accounting & Finance, HRD, IT, R&D, Clinical Nurse, QMS Inspector, Process Control, Sales, HSE (K3L) Executive, and PT Mechanics/Electricians.
* Education Requirements: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degrees in Accounting, Psychology, Law, Informatics, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, Nursing, or Environmental Health.
* Key Requirements: Specialized certifications such as Hiperkes or AK3 Umum are required for specific positions. Candidates should be ready for potential assignments in Demak, Semarang, Solo, or Banyumas.
3. Supervisory Positions
We are seeking experienced leaders to oversee our production and engineering workflows:
* Roles: Utility Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Mechanic Supervisor, Engineering Foreman, and Production Foreman.
* Education Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering/MIPA.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience is required, with a proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 people.
