## Join Our Graduate Trainee Program (GTP)
We are launching our Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) to identify and nurture the next generation of industry leaders. We are looking for candidates who hold degrees in the following disciplines:
* Forestry
* Agriculture
* Industrial Technology
* Agricultural Engineering
* Agricultural Science
Available Positions
Successful candidates will be trained to excel in the following operational roles:
* Plantation Supervisor: Managing daily field operations and ensuring site productivity.
* Nursery Supervisor: Overseeing high-quality seedling development and cultivation processes.
## Candidate Requirements
To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (D4/S1) in Forestry, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline.
2. Academic Excellence: Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
3. Age Limit: Must be no older than 25 years.
4. Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience.
5. Commitment: Must be willing to complete a comprehensive 6-month training program followed by a 12-month service bond.
6. Mobility: Must demonstrate full willingness to be assigned to remote operational locations across Kalimantan.
