## Job Responsibilities for Production Operators
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high manufacturing standards that Nippon Paint is famous for. Your daily duties will include:
* Executing manufacturing processes strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and established quality metrics.
* Preparing essential raw materials and specialized equipment prior to initiating production runs.

* Overseeing all production stages until finished goods are successfully handed over to the Quality Control (QC) department.

* Monitoring equipment efficiency and operational workflows to ensure seamless daily execution.

## Candidate Requirements
