## Core Responsibilities of the Role
As our Accountant, you will serve as the financial backbone of our expanding operations. Your daily expertise will directly influence strategic decision-making and ensure fiscal health.
* Financial Recording & Reporting: Accurately record all corporate financial transactions in a timely manner. Prepare general journals, ledgers, cash books, and comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements.
* Tax Compliance & Management: Calculate, record, and report corporate taxes (such as VAT and Income Tax), guaranteeing strict adherence to current tax regulations.
* Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Assist in financial planning, budget oversight, and variance analysis comparing actual performance against projected budgets for optimal financial control.
* Audit Preparation & Record Management: Organize and prepare all requisite documentation for internal and external audits, promptly addressing audit findings to strengthen financial controls. Maintain a secure, orderly, and easily accessible archive of all financial documents.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with the purchasing, human resources, and finance departments to streamline transaction workflows and maintain operational integrity.
## Candidate Qualifications
