* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Network Engineering (TKJ).
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
* Technical Proficiency:
* In-depth knowledge of managed and unmanaged switch configurations.
* Expertise in interpreting network schematic diagrams.
* Proven ability to perform physical installations using Cat RJ45 cabling.
* Flexibility: Must be comfortable with a high-mobility work schedule.
