PT Mitsubishi Krama Yudha Motors and Manufacturing is currently expanding its production team. We are seeking motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented individuals to join our facility in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta, as Factory Operators.
Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of production and safety, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Age Range: Applicants must be between 18 years and 0 months to 25 years and 11 months old as of May 1, 2025.
* Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA) or equivalent.
* Physical and Mental Fitness: Candidates must be in excellent health and capable of performing the duties required in a manufacturing environment.
* Contractual Status: Selected candidates will be hired through an authorized outsourcing partner. Applicants must be willing to enter into an employment agreement with the designated outsourcing agency rather than a direct PKWT contract with PT MKM.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to undergo the full recruitment and selection process and fulfill all administrative requirements mandated by the outsourcing partner.
* Employment Type: The position is structured on a monthly contract basis.
