We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across our operational facilities.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree specializing in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
* Core Technical Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of strong and weak current systems, electrical installations, and control panels.
* Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to accurately use electrical measuring instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
* Operational Capabilities: Proven competency in executing electrical installations, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting repairs.

* Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering (Finance and Accounting majors are strongly preferred).
* Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, business consulting, or business development. Exceptional fresh graduates with proven academic achievements will also be considered.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period calculations, and feasibility studies.
* Software Competency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, financial terminals like Bloomberg or Reuters, and standard accounting software serves as a distinct advantage.
* Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS), market research methodologies, cost structure analysis, and risk management frameworks.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional analytical acumen, meticulous attention to detail, robust communication skills, and the resilience to thrive under tight deadlines.
