## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As the HRGA Manager, you will oversee a broad spectrum of human resources and general affairs functions, aligning workforce strategies with overarching corporate goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:
* Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and guide internal teams to foster a high-performance work culture.
* Recruitment and Hiring: Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.
* Global Performance Management: Implement and monitor frameworks that evaluate and enhance employee performance on a global scale.
* HR & GA Administration: Ensure the seamless execution of daily human resources and general affairs operations.
* Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and PPH21 tax compliance.
* Policies and Legal Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce robust company HR policies while ensuring adherence to local labor laws.
* Employee Relations: Cultivate a harmonious workplace by proactively resolving conflicts and building strong employer-employee relationships.
* Company Asset Management: Supervise the tracking, maintenance, and allocation of organizational assets.
## Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
To thrive in this critical leadership role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 7 years of proven working experience operating as an HR Department Head or in a senior managerial capacity.
* Core Competencies: Exhibit exceptional communication, leadership, interpersonal, and influencing capabilities, paired with strong analytical thinking, advanced problem-solving, and decisive judgment.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
* Preferred Qualifications: Prior working experience within a Korean corporate environment or the IT industry serves as a distinct advantage.
* Location and Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta, and possess the ability to join the company as soon as possible.
