We are currently seeking a motivated HR & GA professional who is fluent in Korean to join our team in Cikarang Selatan. This on-site contract role is critical to our operations, serving as a primary bridge between our local staff and Korean management. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient office administration.
Core Responsibilities
In this position, you will be tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities that require both linguistic proficiency and administrative expertise. Your primary duties will include:
* Communication Liaison: Acting as an interpreter during meetings and providing accurate translations for business documents.
* HR Administration: Overseeing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
* Office Management: Handling general affairs, including the management of visas, work permits, and various company compliance documentation.
