## Job Role Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of food safety, efficiency, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and operate production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety guidelines throughout the production cycle.
* Identify operational bottlenecks and apply critical thinking and logical problem-solving to resolve issues swiftly.
* Manage time effectively to meet daily production targets without compromising on quality.

Candidate Qualifications
