1. Purchasing Specialist
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage our end-to-end procurement processes.
* Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Expertise: Deep understanding of Export-Import regulations, shipping lines, freight forwarding, and EMKL operations.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Location: Driyorejo, Gresik.
2. Personnel Staff (HR/Payroll)
This role is vital for maintaining our human capital operations in a large-scale manufacturing environment.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics (IT).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR or Payroll staff member in a company with at least 1,000 employees.
* Core Competencies: Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF functions). Prior experience with HRIS systems is highly preferred.
* Responsibilities: Managing monthly attendance reporting, processing personnel changes (promotions, demotions, mutations), and handling shift schedules and overtime calculations.

3. Automation Technician
We seek a hands-on technician to support our advanced manufacturing systems.
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networking. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, as well as electrical drawing interpretation, is required.
* Qualifications: Certification in electrical or automation systems is preferred; 2 years of manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

4. Unit Head QA

* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

* Key Duties: Inspecting incoming raw materials, monitoring finished tile products against quality plans, and ensuring all production inputs align with company standards.

5. Warehouse Staff

* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Computer Science.
* Requirements: Maximum age of 35. Previous experience in warehouse operations is a significant advantage.
