## Available SDP Tracks and Requirements
Indogrosir is currently hiring for three distinct specialized tracks. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential, analytical capability, and a commitment to professional growth.
1. SDP – Operational
This track focuses on the pulse of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities across the store, OMI (Outlet Mitra Indogrosir) warehouses, member services, and external relations.
* Key Responsibilities: Maintaining optimal operational performance and ensuring strict adherence to management-mandated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company regulations.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
* Placement Locations: Sukabumi, Bali, and Gorontalo.
2. SDP – Electronic Data Processing (EDP)
The EDP track is critical for maintaining the technical infrastructure that keeps Indogrosir moving. You will act as a key liaison between hardware, software, and enterprise databases.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing network maintenance, hardware and server integrity, and overseeing database systems for inventory and transaction processing.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Management.
* Technical proficiency in SQL.
* Analytical mindset coupled with strong leadership and communication skills.
* Placement Locations: Bandung, Bali, and Gorontalo.
3. SDP – Finance & Accounting
For those with a penchant for numbers and financial strategy, this role ensures the fiscal health and integrity of our operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Preparing financial statements, performing journal entries, conducting bank reconciliations, and performing in-depth financial report analysis.
* Requirements:
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Accounting or Taxation.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
* Possession of a Brevet certificate is required.
* A collaborative spirit and strong team-oriented mindset.
* Placement Location: Head Office (PIK).
