## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The GMP Coordinator plays a vital role in upholding the integrity of our production processes. You will be responsible for overseeing quality compliance, ensuring that our manufacturing environment adheres to stringent safety and quality protocols, and maintaining the systems that keep our operations running efficiently.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for this pivotal position, candidates must demonstrate a strong technical background and a commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
* Industry Expertise: Strong familiarity with production machine operations, specifically within the plastic manufacturing industry.
* Leadership Potential: Preference will be given to candidates who have served as a Coordinator or Team Leader within a manufacturing or production environment.
## Essential Skills and Knowledge
A successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of quality management systems and industrial safety standards. Key competencies include:
1. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Quality Systems: In-depth understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and Halal Assurance Systems (SJH).
3. Safety Compliance: Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
4. Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work in shift or non-shift schedules based on production requirements.
5. Local Proximity: Candidates currently residing in the Sidoarjo area are highly preferred.
