## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Environmental Enforcement Sanction Analysis Staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all operations within the industrial park adhere strictly to environmental regulations. Key responsibilities include:
* Compliance Monitoring: Analyzing results from environmental audits, inspections, and monitoring activities to identify compliance levels and potential regulatory breaches.
* Sanction Management: Classifying violations and drafting formal recommendations for administrative sanctions and corrective actions in accordance with legal mandates.
* Documentation and Reporting: Creating accurate, systematic reports, official records, and comprehensive documentation regarding environmental compliance status.
* Corrective Action Oversight: Monitoring the implementation of corrective measures to ensure findings are resolved effectively and timely.
* Data Administration: Maintaining a secure database of environmental violations, resolution statuses, and supporting evidence for ongoing internal and governmental reporting.
* Regulatory Review: Evaluating environmental permit documentation and reporting obligations for the company and its tenants.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with legal, compliance, and technical teams to facilitate objective evaluations and enforcement activities.

## Essential Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who possesses both the technical knowledge and the analytical rigor to maintain high standards of environmental governance. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in Environmental Compliance, Environmental Auditing, Legal Compliance, or Environmental Governance.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of environmental laws, specifically regarding permits, wastewater management, emissions, hazardous waste (B3/non-B3) handling, and quality standards.
* Analytical Aptitude: Strong ability to evaluate complex datasets and technical documents to drive data-backed recommendations.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards is considered a strong advantage.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
