We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team at our Karawang manufacturing facility as a Utility Operator.
## Key Responsibilities of a Utility Operator
The Utility Operator plays a critical role in supporting our production lines by ensuring that essential infrastructure operates at peak efficiency. Your primary duties will include:
* System Management: Operation, monitoring, and regular maintenance of utility facilities, including air conditioning systems, air compressors, chillers, and water treatment units.
* Operational Documentation: Recording precise daily operational logs and submitting detailed reports to management.
* Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled inspections and proactive maintenance to prevent equipment failure and reduce production downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Rapid identification and resolution of technical issues to maintain operational continuity.
* Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to corporate safety protocols, internal procedures, and environmental standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience working as a Utility Operator, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of compressors, chillers, and auxiliary utility systems used in large-scale production.
* Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and best practices.
* Flexibility: The ability and willingness to work within a rotating shift system.
