## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess both the academic foundation and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced engineering environment. To be eligible for this program, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A recent graduate (or up to one year of experience) holding a degree in Control Systems, Physics Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
