## General Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of service and operational efficiency, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 45 years old.
* Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in the same role within the coal mining industry is mandatory.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent.
* Certification Requirements:
* POM certification is required for positions 1–4.
* POP certification is required for positions 5–10.
* Professional Skills: Proven strong communication, leadership, and management abilities.
* Health Compliance: Possession of a booster vaccination certificate.
* Process Compliance: Willingness to undergo the full selection process, including document verification, interviews, and medical check-ups (MCU).
* Relocation: Candidates must be willing to be stationed in West Kutai, East Kalimantan.
