## Role Overview: Manufacturing Engineer Staff
As a Manufacturing Engineer at NCI, you will be at the heart of our hardware development processes. You will bridge the gap between conceptual design and tangible product reality, ensuring that our electronic systems are assembled, tested, and optimized to meet rigorous industry standards.
Core Qualifications
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who possesses a strong foundation in electronic engineering. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electronics Engineering (Weak Current).
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in Arduino programming and the practical application of microcontroller modules.
* Reading Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze electronic circuit schematics ranging from basic to intermediate complexity.
* Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly will be prioritized.
