## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our team continues to deliver exceptional service to consumers across Indonesia, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Gender & Age: Open to male and female candidates aged a maximum of 35 years old.
* Educational Background:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major for positions 1 through 7.
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent for position 8 (Checker).
* Industry Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is required for positions 1 and 2.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office applications is mandatory for positions 1 through 6.
* Soft Skills: High levels of discipline, a strong sense of personal responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Work Location: Willingness to be placed in the Solo area.
