Key Qualifications and Requirements

* Gender: Male.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), with preference given to candidates with a background in Technical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Production Operator.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings and blueprints.
* Precision Tooling: Skilled in using high-precision measurement instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
* Machinery Expertise: Competent in operating manual machines for Kaizen and process improvement tasks, specifically:
* Lathe (Bubut)
* Milling
* Drilling
* Welding
* Grinding
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvement (Kaizen) strategies.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
